Refund Policy

Northeast Mississippi Home Builders and Remodelers Association (NEHBRA) Effective Date: July 4, 2026

This policy explains how refunds are handled for membership dues, event registrations, and sponsorships purchased through homebuildersnems.com.

1. Membership Dues

All membership dues are non-refundable once processed, regardless of membership category or length of membership.

2. Event Registrations

All event registration fees — including but not limited to the golf tournament, luncheons, and other NEHBRA gatherings — are non-refundable once payment is processed, including in the case of cancellations or no-shows. Registrants who cannot attend are welcome to transfer their registration to another individual at no charge by contacting us in advance of the event.

If NEHBRA cancels or postpones an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

3. Sponsorships

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable once a sponsorship commitment is confirmed.

4. Payment Processing Errors

If a payment fails to process correctly, is charged multiple times, or is charged in an incorrect amount due to a technical error, NEHBRA will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge upon verification.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing error, contact:

Please include your name, the transaction date, and the amount charged. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

NEHBRA may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision.
