Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northeast Mississippi are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of payment, membership, registration, sponsorship, or service purchased.

2. Membership Dues

Membership dues are generally non-refundable once a membership has been activated or renewed.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact the association as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.

3. Event Registrations

Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted before the applicable event cancellation deadline, when one is provided.

Refunds may not be available for cancellations made after the stated deadline or for failure to attend an event.

4. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northeast Mississippi, registered attendees may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future event.

Additional information regarding refunds or credits will be communicated to affected registrants.

5. Sponsorships and Advertising

Sponsorship and advertising payments may be non-refundable once promotional benefits, advertising placement, or other agreed services have begun.

Requests will be reviewed individually based on the specific agreement and circumstances.

6. Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
