• Non-Sharing Clause: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted.

• Affiliated associations (HBAM, NAHB), where required for dual/multi-level membership administration.

• Opt out of SMS communications at any time (reply STOP);

• Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records (e.g., financial/tax history).

8. Data Security
